Our plant-based, nutrient dense menus are designed to nourish and detoxify the body.

Our Menu

Throughout your stay, all meals and snacks are thoughtfully prepared with the freshest locally sourced, organic ingredients and the intent to refuel and nourish. Our menu is full of flavor and incorporates food that supports our active routine while promoting weight loss, detoxification, and improved overall health and well-being. You can expect signature Ranch favorites, like our granola and Ranch Greens popcorn, as well as a rotating menu of seasonally inspired dishes. For those that do not wish to lose weight or simply want more of our delicious dishes we are able to adjust and increase portions to support their intended results.

The Dining Experience

We believe in the power of connecting through a shared meal. Group dining is an essential part of The Ranch experience as it allows you to eat with intention and be present, while also providing a space to build new relationships with your fellow Ranchers. Guests dine in a light-filled sun room, with views overlooking our rolling lawn, lake and surrounding mountains, or al fresco as weather permits. Mealtimes are also used as an opportunity to educate guests on our plant-forward approach and how they can incorporate elements of our program into their daily lives when they return home.
