Spanning more than five acres, it’s home to 100+ varieties of fruits and vegetables, and yields over 2,000 pounds of produce each month. Our aim is simple: leave the land better than we found it. Rooted in regenerative practices, our garden operates in a closed-loop system: anything unused is returned to the soil, gradually enriching it over time. By growing much of our produce on-site and sourcing the rest from local organic farms, we’re able to reduce the impacts of long-distance transportation to deliver fresh, seasonal fare with a smaller footprint.
The Animals
Every Creature Plays a Part
From pollination to pest control, animals play a crucial role in cultivating the garden. Thriving beehives help sustain both our organic crops and the surrounding landscape. Brush-clearing goats graze, fertilize, and make room for new growth. Resident cats keep a watchful eye, warding off pests without harmful pesticides. Chickens snack on insects, preparing the beds for next season. And faithful Turkish Kangal dogs help keep the whole pack safe from surrounding wildlife.
