Baden brings a robust set of skills drawn from years in the hospitality and guiding industry. Raised in Southern California, he began his journey in Beverly Hills, expanded his skills in Lake Tahoe, and refined his passion at The Ranch Malibu before joining the Hudson Valley team. When he is not at The Ranch, Baden finds avenues to support his lifelong commitment to movement and personal growth.
Benjamin Copp is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Hudson Valley, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Ben is a competitive endurance athlete, avid outdoor adventurer, and passionate advocate for healthy living, eating, mindsets, and lifestyle. When he is not at The Ranch, he loves to talk about life and enjoy some beautiful time in the sunshine.
Boback "Bobby" Ezzati is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Malibu, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. His passion in wellness and hospitality stems from his desire to bring people together and create exciting experiences for guests—sharing meals, swapping stories, and making people laugh. When he's not at The Ranch, Bobby and his wife are building a life with intention, and he carries that mindset into everything he does.
Josh Begun is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Malibu, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Before joining The Ranch Malibu, he helped launch The Ranch Hudson Valley. Raised in Southern California, he grew up surfing, hiking, running, and exploring the outdoors—experiences that naturally shaped his path toward becoming a guide. Josh graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Business Administration and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. When he's not at The Ranch, Josh enjoys surfing and snowboarding.
Kelly Conheeney is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Hudson Valley, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Kelly combines her passion for movement, wellness, and human connection to help guests discover their resilience both on and off the trail. Her journey has taken her around the world, living and working in Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia—experiences that challenged her to step far beyond her comfort zone, embrace uncertainty, and discover strength she never knew she had. With a background as a professional soccer player, a coach, and a wellness practitioner, Kelly believes that growth often happens when we push past what we think is possible and reconnect with ourselves through nature. When she's not at The Ranch, you'll find Kelly hiking, playing music, planning her next adventure, or seeking out meaningful experiences that deepen her connection to people, places, and the natural world.
Kimme Neunuebel is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Malibu, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. She is a body composition specialist, personal trainer, nutrition coach, and menopause coach. Prior to The Ranch, Kimme worked in TV journalism and clothing design, until a three-year sabbatical in Panama gave her the chance to reset and join The Ranch.
Michael Becker is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Malibu, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Prior to The Ranch, Michael spent 25 years teaching elementary school. When he's not at The Ranch, Michael spends his time watching classic movies, practicing Spanish daily, and someday hopes to coax some pleasing sounds out of a musical instrument. He also enjoys spending time outside and on the move, whether running, cycling, hiking, or surfing.
Olivia Knapp is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Hudson Valley, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Olivia draws on her lifelong passion for fitness and wellness to help guests reconnect with themselves and with nature. Born in Brooklyn and raised in New Jersey, she spent much of her free time exploring the trails of the Hudson Valley and has always felt at home outdoors. After working in environmental sustainability and events, Olivia spent several years traveling and volunteering across five continents before ultimately finding her way back to New York and joining The Ranch. When she's not at The Ranch, Olivia loves planning her next adventure, learning new skills, and volunteering at her local animal shelter or farm sanctuary.
Riley Notarthomas is a Senior Program Guide at The Ranch Hudson Valley, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Prior to The Ranch, Riley spent time leading backpacking trips in the Adirondacks of New York and the Green Mountains of Vermont. When he is not at The Ranch, Riley is always excited to share his love of art, music, fitness, psychology, and philosophy with anyone who is interested.
Stacey Brooks is a Lead Program Guide at The Ranch Hudson Valley, leading hikes, teaching fitness classes, and supporting guests throughout their stay. Whether she is leading a hike, pointing out the little things on trail, or helping guests discover how restorative time outside can be, Stacey is a strong advocate for time in nature. She loves sharing the beauty of the Hudson Valley and hopes every guest leaves with a little dirt on their shoes and a deeper connection to the natural world. When she's not at The Ranch, Stacey enjoys spending time with her two kids, emphasizing the appreciation for mud, fresh air, and time spent under the trees. Together they have made the outdoors their playground and built a lifelong love of nature.
