Women-focused contrast therapy workshop and an evening fireside conversation with Tata Harper and Joy Bauer.

The Ranch's cleansing and revitalizing plant-based diet balances protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and flavor with nutrient-dense ingredients to nourish your body and enhance detoxification during our active program.

Accommodations

 

Tucked away in the timeless beauty of the Hudson Valley, our historic lakefront estate offers a peaceful escape just 45 minutes from New York City. Set on over 200 forested acres, this serene setting invites deep renewal—removing distractions to support meaningful change and a true luxury wellness experience.

When it’s time to unwind from the day, retreat to one of 26 beautifully-appointed private rooms. Guests have four categories from which to choose, along with the option for double occupancy rooms with two queen beds or one king bed. Our accommodations feature unique layouts and interiors while a subtle color palette maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere. Blending custom upholstery, antique furnishings, and fine linens, each room has the feel of staying in a luxurious guest room, with views featuring the lake, landscaped courtyard, or mountain trails.

To further assist in calming the mind, our luxury accommodations are free from televisions and we recommend minimal use of electronic devices to further benefit your mental health. For those who need to stay connected, we ask that you limit any usage to your private room which is equipped with wi-fi and a desk should you need to attend to any work during your stay.
